Every bit counts

The mission of Lawndale Christian Health Center is to show and share the love of Jesus by promoting wellness and providing quality, affordable healthcare for Lawndale and the neighboring communities. Since 1984, LCHC has expanded to meet the community's needs by providing the tools needed to improve the quality of life for residents on Chicago's West Side. Lawndale Christian Fitness Center has been providing an affordable and welcoming space to work out since 2005. The Lawndale 5K is a joint effort of the health center and the fitness center to encourage overall wellness in the community.

The proceeds of the race are used to sponsor need-based memberships through our FitnessRx program. Together we build a stronger community one step, jog, and sprint at a time. Click the button below and select ‘Lawndale 5K’ to support this program!
